Wildlife, Wellness & Yoga

A safari has always had the capacity to slow you down, but a safari built specifically around Wildlife, Wellness and Yoga takes a safari’s natural quality and builds deliberately around it. Combining the stillness and presence of the African bush with conscious movement, guided meditation and life coaching, it is a safari experience designed to leave you genuinely restored.

THE WELLNESS SAFARI EXPERIENCE

This experience is offered in partnership with Laura Bunting, a specialist wellness guide, yoga teacher and life coach who has spent years working at the intersection of nature and conscious living. Laura’s ability to use the African environment as both backdrop and teacher makes this offering a unique way to experience and connect with the bush during your time in Africa.

Imagine beginning your morning with a guided meditation on the banks of a river, with elephants moving through the shallow waters nearby or moving through a yoga sequence beneath ancient leadwood or baobab trees as the wind rustles through the bush around you. Through wellness coaching, you learn to be fully present in the moment and embrace Africa’s wildlife and landscape.

Wellness safaris can be booked as a group retreat or as a private experience for couples or individuals. They are not limited to specific destinations, but are shaped around what feels right for you, rather than a fixed programme. Our team can incorporate this dimension into any itinerary, at any of our recommended camps and lodges across the continent.
